Tirth Shah, CEO of TheFixedIncome, is driven by his passion for the debt market and innovation. He founded TheFixedIncome to democratize access to the bond market for retail investors through a cutting-edge, digital platform. Tirth's impressive academic background includes an MBA from Babson College, USA, a B.Tech from Ganpat University, and an MSc from Nottingham Trent University. Beyond his professional achievements, Tirth enjoys traveling and is dedicated to supporting underserved communities.
Yagnesh Upadhyay
Head Product & Distribution
Yagnesh Upadhyay, Head of Product & Distribution, brings over 20 years of expertise in fixed-income markets. With a versatile background spanning product development, business development, debt market operations, and compliance oversight, Yagnesh is a seasoned professional. His acute attention to detail and deep understanding of products set him apart. He was previously associated with the Bombay Stock Exchange where he led key initiatives such as the bond market reporting and settlement platform, the EBP, the FPI bidding platform, and the IRF platform.
